Dr. Jyothi shamith
Dr. Jyothi Shamith, MD (Ayu.), MSc.(Yoga), MSc. (CND), a highly skilled Ayurveda Medical Practitioner and Educator, presently serves as an Associate Professor & HOD at PNPS Ayurveda Medical College, Kerala. She is doing her PhD Research Scholarship at Parul University, Gujarat. With the mission of promoting Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Tourism, she started Swasthyam Ayurveda Hospital and Swasthyam School of Ayurveda in her hometown Kannur and chairs as its Director. She completed her Post Graduation and Graduation in Ayurvedic Medicine at SDM College of Ayurveda. With endless passion in learning, she completed Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Kerala University and Masters in Yoga from Periyar University in India. She published various articles in media and presented papers in National and International Seminars. She delivers Health Talks regularly in regional radio, TV channels and events for health awareness to the public. She is very much enthusiastic and dedicated to spread the Glory of Ayurveda to each and every corners of the globe. Her dream is to have a healthy world, especially free from lifestyle diseases promoting principles of Ayurveda and Yoga.

Sanisha is a knowledgeable therapist also a yoga instructor with a knack for client relationship building and customer service. Experienced in a wide range of massage healing techniques and methods, including Keraleeya panchakarma, Marma and Chakra Massage.
He is on a mission to spread the knowledge of Kalari Marma Massage Therapy Panchakarma across the world. He was initiated to Pancha karma (Ayurvedic detoxification therapy) and Kalari Marma massage therapy by the traditional Vaidyar of Ayurveda and Kalari Gurukkal. He learned Kalari Chikitsa and an expert in Chavittiuzhichil (Pedal Massage)
